Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the FRUITSTAND® online store operated by Fruitstand LLC.

By placing an order, you agree to this Return and Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.

RETURNS

We accept eligible returns when you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• unused
• unaltered
• in its original condition
• returned with original tags attached, where applicable

Trying on an item for fit does not by itself make the item ineligible for return, provided it remains in original condition.

To start a return, contact info@fruitstandny.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return.

Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Authorized returns must be postmarked within 10 days of return authorization. Returns shipped after that period may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

For ordinary returns due to fit, preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Fruitstand LLC is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged before they are received by us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before returning the item so we can provide the appropriate resolution.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will inspect the merchandise to confirm that it meets the return requirements above.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return results from an item that was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled by us.

EXCHANGES

Because many FRUITSTAND products are produced in limited quantities and sizes may sell out, we do not guarantee direct exchanges.

The fastest way to obtain a different size or item is generally to place a new order and return the original eligible item for a refund.

Where inventory is available, we may be able to assist with an exchange on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@fruitstandny.com before sending an item back if you would prefer an exchange.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, contact info@fruitstandny.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• photographs of the item
• photographs of the packaging, where relevant

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedy.

For qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will not require you to bear return shipping costs associated with correcting our fulfillment error.

FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where required by law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• items expressly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
• gift cards
• customized or personalized merchandise
• merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, used, or damaged after delivery
• merchandise returned without its original tags where tags were supplied and removal prevents the item from being returned in its original condition

A product is not automatically Final Sale merely because it was purchased using a discount code or during a promotion.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet the conditions of this policy.

PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Unless expressly marked Final Sale, merchandise purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code remains subject to the standard return requirements in this policy.

If a return causes an order to no longer satisfy the conditions of a promotion, discount, bundle, or similar offer, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the applicable promotional terms where permitted by law.

PRE-ORDERS AND DELAYED-RELEASE ITEMS

Pre-order and delayed-release items may have estimated future shipping dates disclosed on the product page or at checkout.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it enters processing or fulfillment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard return terms in this policy apply unless the item was expressly identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact info@fruitstandny.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before an order enters processing or fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

If a package is returned to us because the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we may offer either:

• reshipment after any additional shipping charges are paid, or
• a refund for eligible returned merchandise in accordance with this policy

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

REFUNDS FOR MULTIPLE-ITEM ORDERS

If only part of an order is returned, the refund will apply only to the eligible merchandise returned.

Original shipping charges are generally not refunded for partial returns.

Where an order received a promotion, bundle discount, or other conditional pricing, the refund may reflect the actual amount paid for the returned merchandise and the applicable promotional terms.
